All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.

4. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout.
D’lite reserves the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from D’lite.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Pricing or description errors
Suspected fraud or misuse
6. Payment
We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
D’lite does not store or have access to your full payment details.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and provided for guidance only.
D’lite is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.

All products are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with Belgian and EU law.
